FAQ 1: How to search for products?

FAQ Answer: Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

FAQ 2: What about shipping?

Answer: For U.S. deliveries we use USPS services as well as UPS and Fedex. For overseas deliveries we use Fedex and USPS, depending on the destination. If you want faster delivery, you may purchase premium shipping. For more details on premium shipping costs, please contact us directly.

FAQ 3: What is the Buyer Protection Guarantee?

Answer: Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

FAQ 4: What if I don’t see what I want?

Answer: If you don’t see what you are looking to buy, please send us a note using our contact page directly. We will review your request and search our inventory for any items fitting your description.

We have many items that have not yet been added to our Store Inventory. You may wish to create an account to receive monthly news updates about new products added to our inventory.

Each month we add new items to our store. We refurbished each item, then fully test every one to make sure they perform as expected. Please check back to see the new items added each month.
