If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.<\/p>\n<h3>Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, \u00a0you can request a refund for faulty products. If you receive a product and it does not work out of the box, then please contact us and we will replace the item or refund the price of the item.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we have no way to determine the life span of used equipment, so we do not offer a warranty other than the equipment not working out of the box when it arrives. New equipment comes with a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty, in addition to our commitment to replace faulty equipment upon arrival.<\/p>\n<p>If you did <b>not<\/b> receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. Also, if you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not want the product you\u2019ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.<\/p>\n<p>We do not issue the refund if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)<\/li>\n<li>Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of <a class=\"q\" href=\"https:\/\/universaldatasystems.org\/shop\">Universal Data Systems<\/a> (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).<\/li>\n<li>Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of <span class=\"q\">UniversalDataSystems.org<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"info\">*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our <a href=\"https:\/\/universaldatasystems.org\/shop\/contact-us\/\">Contact Us<\/a>\u00a0page.<\/p>\n<p>If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.<\/p>\n<h3>Refunds &amp; Returns: Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different make or model.
