UDS developed an intake system which was operated by a call center to function as the first response in a claim managerment process for a national food retailer.
This system consolidated numerous disparate systems into a single homogenous process that saved millions in legal actions on claims that escalated due to poor management.
The system utilized a direct link from the call center to the food retailer's national data center.
The program was so intuitive that the call center operators needed only an hour of training to be up and running.
